Payment Disputes, Chargebacks & Customer Responsibility
By placing an order with Rennelement LLC ("Rennelement," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to contact us directly regarding any questions or concerns related to your order, including billing, shipping, product issues, fitment, warranty claims, cancellations, or refunds before initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or claim with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree not to initiate any false, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith payment dispute or chargeback. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Claiming a transaction was unauthorized when you placed or approved the order.
- Claiming an item was not received when carrier tracking confirms delivery.
- Claiming a product was not as described when the product description, specifications, photographs, fitment information, lead times, installation recommendations, emissions notices, or other material information was disclosed prior to purchase.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not cancel your obligation to pay for products or services received. If you receive a product, replacement, custom-order item, store credit, refund, warranty replacement, or any other benefit from Rennelement while also receiving a payment reversal or chargeback through a financial institution or payment processor, you remain responsible for any unpaid balance owed to Rennelement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

- Customer communications
- Shipment tracking and delivery confirmation
- Product photographs
- Product descriptions and specifications

If Rennelement determines that a payment dispute or chargeback was submitted falsely, fraudulently, abusively, misleadingly, or in bad faith, Rennelement reserves the right to pursue all remedies available under applicable law, including recovery of:
- Outstanding purchase amounts
- Shipping and return shipping costs
- Chargeback and payment processor fees
- Collection costs
- Court costs
- Reasonable attorneys' fees where permitted by law
- Any other actual damages incurred
Rennelement also reserves the right to refuse, suspend, cancel, or limit future orders from customers who submit false, fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks.
Nothing in this policy limits or waives any non-waivable consumer rights provided under applicable law. Legitimate billing disputes, unauthorized transactions, warranty claims, and valid refund rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Rennelement's published policies.
